That's a sweet ride, as I age I was certainly thinking of it more with the power steering and certainly some Yamaha models ride better than others, not sure if she will be part of Team Ice or not.

The Bridge less traveled, an interesting and fun ride to Mont Villian today, the bay has no ice on it so you can not cross it yet., not much for grooming yet in the Low lands but we inprovised. Another nice day in the winterland!

Simmer down now! Its already a 146” and I am ditching the 1.75” track for a more trail friendly 1.25” Ice Ripper, It’s under control for now but, if I decide to put the supercharger and nitrous I will bring it up to the Delta and we will install it in your new trailer/mobile shop.

Id say the chances of that loop that early are slim to nill. Especially the 83

Sure is early in the season for that trip. Going from Relais 22 west to Senetteree you could run into problems of it not being groomed that early.

Yes. New version each year if you want grooming updates. Some older versions still get the maps though, as you can tell. It gets a little better each year too.

Sad news about his passing. I met Rob once with Bill at the Delta and he seemed like a great guy. I owe him for all the Friends he's given me here. But now we may have an "In" when it comes to controlling the weather from above! Thank You GutZ

When saddlebagging, brining gas is a necessity in my opinion. Regardless of how much you plan your gas stops you may need it. i.e. Heavy fresh snow kills mpg, towing a breakdown (minimal mpg), wrong turn, reroute cuz of forestry etc expect the unexpected

It saddens me to announce the untimely death of our founder and friend, Rob, has passed away. I don't know all of the details, but they think he may have had a heart attack sometime on either Monday or Tuesday. After not hearing from him via email since Monday afternoon I sent a FB message to one of his neighbors this morning asking if they could stop by to check on him. When I got a reply asking what my phone number was I knew it wasn't going to be good. RIP my friend
