Quebec granted on September 8 a sum of approximately $ 390,000 to the City of Rivière-du-Loup to extend an off-road vehicle trail from Beaubien Street to Cartier Boulevard, in order to allow snowmobile enthusiasts and mountain biking to have access to the various services offered there. I probably have ridden every trail on that mountain over the last 50 plus years, yes it has a lot to offer. 40 years ago, when there were little rules for dirt bikes and no 4 wheelers or bicycles there were twice as many trails. Over half of those trails are now grown in, and that was before they started putting those locking steel gates up to lock us off our property. If you went there every weekend for a full season you might see it all, great way to enjoy the weekend. Living there on the mountain, maybe I loose a little appreciation for how beautiful it is on a daily basis, thanks for the pics, really great!! Bob

Adapt is right. With all due respect while you are 100% right about sledders re-engaging in areas besides Quebec because of the border closed. Once you have ridden Quebec it’s extremely hard to go to anywhere else, now I know that Maine for sure has some nice trail(though I have never been there) and I never been to the UP so that I can only go by what I have heard. But as far as NY and Vermont, New Hampshire. You cannot compare any of these networks to Quebec. I would be up on a bridge somewhere ready to jump if I was in the states and could not get to Quebec to ride due to border closed and very much understand how the real Quebecriders are feeling.....Sledders need to sled it’s a special time of the year. That said those who ride Quebec and are riders. Will be back.

bonjour playhard !!! merci et bienvenue !!! the closest shots of the mom....she was very friendly....she left very slowly and i did nt bother her... the last pic of the mom ( right ) and calf (left )...pic don t give justice ...i played with the speed to make it brighter....it was almost darkness...i saw only the calf when i downloaded my pics sunday morning at my camp....they were about 600' away ...i had seen a mom 200' before landing there !!! ya ...ears up ...great sign of friendship ... and hahaha...don t believe gutz !!!...let him try first !!! rock'n roll weather...very strong winds all day...super nice this morning on my way to ste marguerite...big black clouds ....a-1 !!! i did nt post my best shots of the mom + calf in the fog....i have '' darker ones '' ...super nice !!! jean-guy

bonjour !!! yesterday morning ....went riding toward the 90' corner on tq 5 ....cold and a bit of frost ....harvesting lots of trees , 8 miles before the corner !!! about 25 miles from my camp saw a big coyote friday night ...no luck for pics...just made a u-turn and a burnout on the road and back in the woods jean-guy

Biking on the ocean floor at low tide in the Bay of Fundy. Six hours after the picture was taken there was close to 8 feet of water where we are parked.
