Left Shawinigan last winter rode to Matane took the ferry to Godbout exited the ferry and turned right, everything went smoothly. You just need to check the schedule and decide if you want to go to Godbout or Baie Comeau and show up early. Call ahead and reserve your spot. Wow what a terrible situation, I feel so sorry for all these people being evacuated sad situation for sure. We have people down here complaining about the smoke but they have no clue….Best wishes to all involved.

Non motorized clientele that are transported to their destinations by a motorized vehicle! They should use cross country skis, or snow shoes to get there, less carbon footprint that way.

How long are you anticipating this trip will take once you leave Bar Harbor? I would love to do that trip but figure I would need 2 to 3 weeks which I cannot currently take that much time off. Thank you and I cannot wait to hear about the trip. Sorry I am zero help on where to leave your vehicle.

I rode through there a little over a week ago. Not the worst I’ve ever seen but the typical 93 from kilometer 31 to the ski slope pump. No way in hell I would pay an additional dime and I didn’t.
