  1. I feel like 345 has been re-routed a few times over the last few years? On the map, this season, it looks to be ever further from Kanawata? My question, however, I remember pre-covid coming from Lac-St Jean to Kanawata. I thought when we first got onto 345 heading South there was a airstrip that the trail went down. It was wide and straight. When we took 345 North this past Winter I don't remember riding that air strip? Was that re-routed too?
  2. We stayed at the comfort in Wednesday night and left from there. We've also stayed at the Best Western in the past. Both places worked out just fine.
  3. First off I'd like to thank the clubs and establishments in Quebec for a great time! Snowmobiling up there never disappoints. Jan 19th - Mont Laurier up to Kanawata with stops for fuel at Mekoos and Lac du Repos. Trails were perfect! http://quebecrider.com/forums/uploads/monthly_2023_01/326162865_713806070295848_4213721795094778881_n.thumb.jpg.17184df0be02ee83fdc170e78e31a961.jpg http://quebecrider.com/forums/uploads/monthly_2023_01/326150570_1554628064964496_5215692866522332780_n.thumb.jpg.1a5a52cd0a49612e03be6cc888ccb295.jpg http://quebecrider.com/forums/uploads/monthly_2023_01/326040347_1321721861943838_4371759371450449080_n.thumb.jpg.c796959baa003d8ce40550348ae504de.jpg http://quebecrider.com/forums/uploads/monthly_2023_01/326155397_654217689834269_3776210039513607652_n.thumb.jpg.1bd3a54c7f48b7625946cd9dda034815.jpg Jan 20th - We left Kanawata on one of our favorite trails. You can cruise comfortably at 60 miles an hour for about 15 miles. It was an 80+ mile hike over to Parent for our first fuel stop. From there we threw an audible on our route to stop by an outfitter for lunch we've heard great things about. 100 Lacs did not disappoint. It will certainly be a place we'll stay at in the future. From there it was another 60ish miles to Mekoos for a total of 216 miles on the day. We had a fun night at Mekoos! They had a live band and a great atmosphere. At one point in the night people were climbing out of the hot tub and jumping on their snowmobiles http://quebecrider.com/forums/uploads/monthly_2023_01/326557719_493845929545470_5962647589686868161_n.thumb.jpg.f2242cc4082a130bddb1f2de7b8e594f.jpg http://quebecrider.com/forums/uploads/monthly_2023_01/326806610_1426294424847149_3023989260429464180_n.thumb.jpg.bcf734812c03e3da305a72f3cc4601b7.jpg http://quebecrider.com/forums/uploads/monthly_2023_01/326855445_576451854368427_6708970768721598998_n.thumb.jpg.6970be18bed8675c575b9e81396d4443.jpg http://quebecrider.com/forums/uploads/monthly_2023_01/326535343_1052616756129744_3490393213299658067_n.thumb.jpg.1da2783ea064d947a7843eb86d4bc2b0.jpg http://quebecrider.com/forums/uploads/monthly_2023_01/326461533_1255588262009318_3926834499260847003_n.thumb.jpg.a4f18f8e400d852f0f75de512997f557.jpg http://quebecrider.com/forums/uploads/monthly_2023_01/326943874_1009238506714573_7539883818008032973_n.thumb.jpg.a41fccd4a6aba8ae2e4476cb233b260b.jpg http://quebecrider.com/forums/uploads/monthly_2023_01/326945580_582727103220895_4459663109976923453_n.thumb.jpg.46e9e88b82eb38b802ef1a7a730daae6.jpg Jan 21st - Saturday was our low mileage day so we could get back to the truck and get started on our 6.5hr drive home. We made sure to stop and smell the roses at some really neat places. The first stop was Windigo Falls. Our second stop was Mont Diable. At 2400' elevation on a clear sunny day the views were pretty amazing. We ended the day with around 85 miles and very sore muscles from riding hard for three days. http://quebecrider.com/forums/uploads/monthly_2023_01/326543463_554366573289580_183733155163236371_n.thumb.jpg.b122164fe6cb1ba55e4f11c76a1ff777.jpghttp://quebecrider.com/forums/uploads/monthly_2023_01/326564447_901457844627250_2571711746496483265_n.thumb.jpg.2279b6d1af2d6722a74bb3c15bd48a43.jpg http://quebecrider.com/forums/uploads/monthly_2023_01/326901107_524743899478024_547705272897439387_n.thumb.jpg.9c54b452aaa4d76696fb93f1a99df99f.jpg http://quebecrider.com/forums/uploads/monthly_2023_01/326543481_1201186250793109_7573983912689869024_n.thumb.jpg.a99703a58bb350ea0b301d47181e9c5c.jpg
  4. Do they have fuel? We're riding past there on Friday. We'll be full leaving Kanawata, and plan to stop in Parent. We don't need to stop for it, but we never pass up a gas stop when we're in that northern section.
  5. The online map doesn't show a gas stop in Parent, so can someone confirm Le Magasin General is still an option?
  6. Anyone else having troubles getting points of interest to come up on the map? All of a sudden I can't do it on my PC running a Chrome browser, or my phone on the app.
