We saw the emergency lunch there. The dinner was ok, not fabulous but after moose valley at lunch we were not very hungry. What a difference a chef would make for sure.

Yea it’s too bad, they have a full kitchen and real nice dining area in main building. And being a plumber, really cool glove warmer ! 😁

Last winter we had lunch at Moose Valley then continued on to Restigouche Cabins…lots of room for 3 not sharing a bed…and a real wood fireplace. They give you food to put in your oven. We liked it, nice people, very clean and comfortable.

The wife and I stopped at Restigouche for gas and lunch last year. The place, cabins and people were nice. The lunch was soup and one of the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. Had to take from fridge and put in microwave. I actually put half the sandwich in my pocket !

But again, nice place on the river.

"Started the last run of the season in Val dor at forestel. Truck and trailers everywhere."

And if I had to guess 80% of those trucks had Ontario plates on them.  Never in all the years have I seen so many people from Ontario in Quebec as this season.

Have had a blast over the years at trail stops, restaurants, hotels and even riding with Ontario peeps. Last year I ran into a couple guys that we met & hung out with in Matagami over 10 yrs ago.

We ran into a guy from Ontario Friday night at the bar at Universal in RDL. He had us in F-ing stitches. Super nice guy, lots of fun.

Stayed here on Saturday night ,2nd and last stay at this Hotel .Restaurant is basically closed unless you go with package which only gave 2 choices and nothing we wanted so we said we’d eat at old church which is a great place to eat .Guy at front counter at Hotel when we checked in was owner and very rude and got worse when we decided not to get full package and then they don’t even offer breakfast. He said he has no staff and I see why if he’s like this with customers,I can only imagine what he is like to work for .The old church had at least 10 on staff that night and it was packed .I don’t think he is handling the new competition in town very well .Maybe he should of sold out as he had a monopoly in the town for decades.I hope ours had better experience. My wife was quite upset with how we were treated And the Hotel Copper will not be recommended by us .

Great ! We have reservations for Wednesday next week 😡

"Although it is a common practice, the NH Fish and Game Department reminds riders that hand signals are not mandatory and recommends that riders keep both hands on the handlebars at all times."

Deitsch stated the crash occurred while he was operating south on Corridor 142 when he lost control of his snowmobile while attempting to give a hand signal to a passing rider.

    I rest my case !

    thank you
