La Cache is roughly half way between New Richmond and Cap Chat on trail 595.

Hi, just wondering if anyone has done the trail this year. I know it’s not being groomed, but I suspect some locals or some on here have made the adventure. Thanks

Also, there are only 250 km of groomed trails. If you’re up for a bit more of an adventure, there are many many more roads of non groomed areas to explore. Had the chance to meet up with some of the locals, very nice folks. Probably several hundred or more cabins around the lakes which are many.

Hi all, I’ve been a member for a few years, but really only to follow along on some topics. Lots of great info and advice on here. I just returned from Mt. Valin area. Super busy as you can imagine. Did the trails in the Zec, they were groomed to perfection.

Thanks everyone, there is always so much good information on here I felt it was time to share a bit also. Oilman' photos and descriptions on the area he covered were incredible. Add that to the route we did shows just how large of an area is still very rideable.

Picture taken April 15, at the intersection of 587 & 5 near Pointe-à-la-Croix. Buddy and I did a 550 mile run starting from Pointe-à-la-Croix-Rimouski-Moose Valley-Amqui and back to Pointe-à-la-Croix. Trails were amazing.
