  1. Love it u guys deserve a Netflix series
  2. Make sure the plumber orders enough parts for two! the stacked cans worked great (4300 miles) although I realize it's not recommended by doo.
  3. Doesn't get any better! Cant wait to do it again next year. Great report......
  4. Point a la croix to Amqui unloaded the lead (saddlebags/fuel) at the hotel and had some fun in the mountains. Thanks JG for the white carpet. TQ 5 was outstanding the entire way!
  5. Gaspe has excellent conditions we are currently in Amqui on the tail end of a 1000 plus mile loop check out the thread under the Gaspe section
  6. Off to see "The Groomer" tomorrow. Holding Court in his neck of the woods.
  7. I have 96 down the center..... lovedthem till yesterday when I noticed my rear middle idler chewed up. the crew says I'm fine but it's rather disappointing all studs installed per doo's torque specs. I took video and documented install and retorque. retorqued after 500 miles 4000 miles on 850 now.....no trouble except for the idler. i wonder if it's covered under warranty lol
  8. Another rough day in the mountains.😜😜😜 Murdochville via orange trail to La Cache. Went 595 north for 30 miles then pulled a 180 to New Richmond for Lunch. set anchor in point a la croix 280 plus day white asphalt 16-20 mpg for the gang on the day. Best Time to Ride......Minimal Blacktop on the Run
  9. Look out is really neat glass floor but with the snow it doesn't work so well
  10. Gaspe to murdochville trails 9-10 per BJ trails 5-10 per Phil is somebody aging faster than anticipated? Group vote had trails 7-10. apparently the groomer may have groomed when it was too warm as there were a bit of ruts in the trail on the green trail to murdochville. *BJ didn't notice any ruts
  11. 220 miles cap chat to Gaspe plenty of sightseeing Cap chat to Gran Vallee outstanding grand valley to Gaspe flat out sucked. needs some TLC but the scenery made up for it
  12. Doonali has been assigned to handle the trip report....much more to come. RDL to cap chat was excellent. Tons of snow and not much asphalt when getting gas. 270 miles
  13. See everyone this afternoon. Even brought the swim trunks. BJ
  14. Can't ride without them. i was blown away with your product when I realized you can utilize the "Where to" feature of the GPS and your guided to the destination by snowmobile trail! amazing product tx
  15. Effort A+ Style A Judgement ? 🍻🍻🍻
  16. Latest forecast warning showing 35 plus cm with 60 mph winds. Im sure everyone is waiting to see if the forcast holds up. gaspe is a different animal!
  17. Don, I Totally Agree I was just referring to a similar scenario to the pic below. Riding the single lane to try and make it up a deep snow covered hill without getting buried. It would have been impossible to be totally on the right side but I was doing everything possible for risk mitigation. My apologies
  18. I agree that the old school seating position is much more difficult to stand. I agree that if your overweight it is more difficult to stand. I would add that if your tall it is more difficult to stand. I believe the "stupidity" comment is a little strong? Between Baie Come and Godbout (The Roller Coaster Section) I found standing a necessity to increase sight lines as much as possible to avoid a head on collision when the trail was single lane. My 2 cents and just my opinion. No malice intended. The standing up while you shit comment gave me a good laugh. My 6 year old daughter ran over to me and said "Dad what are you laughing at?" PEACE, BJ
  19. Great Report Just curious if there is much difference between 900 and 1200 for flotation on a day like this? Does the 900 increased fuel economy hold up under these conditions? Talk about a great test. weight difference but less hp's congrats! I believe the first timers are now the "5 percenters" applause 👏 👏💥💥 BJ
  20. The primary reason for old fashioned STUD's. i noticed he does have the pre studded track which is better than nothing. My riding partner made comment about the remarkable difference he noticed between his ice ripper track (molded stud) and my 96 old fashion studs down the center. Hopeful for a speedy recovery!
  21. Or your a midget.😂 I have actually ridden with a guy 5ft tall that it really didn't make a difference if he was sitting or standing. really the only time in my life I felt jealous of someone so short and my height was a negative. He required no effort to go from sitting to standing as he was always 90 percent there before he turned the key.
