  1. No way to skip it, too steep going down into the water. Lots of rocks. Water under a foot at the deepest anywhere. Excavator just driving over the closest spot. They could have easily moved the bigger rocks or thrown in some pallets but its still a work zone, last thing they want is messing with sleds. If there is enough snow take the road to Casey or Gouin.
  2. Last year folks missed the 83 junction and went all the way up to the road, I'm not sure this year if they have it the same?. Also the trail zig-zagged on and off the road they had plowed into Weymo, PITA but kept you off the snirt.
  3. Looked like this on the 23rd, did not stop us either 😀
  4. Thanks for the update, have a good ride. No real snow in the forecast so get her done!
  5. Was supposed to be the 19th, then the 24th, then the 29th, then the 30th.
  6. Draw line from Pensive and go straight up. You can make a GPX file from Google maps/Google Earth. No problem.
  7. Looking for boots on the ground on this:
  8. How much per night? How was their english?
  9. With only 1 button I don't see how a software fix could do it. Go into settings, push mode to go to grip/thumb, then press the heated grip button to set the offset, then go to exit. Now when you press the warmer button you should see the offset you set.
  10. Green is now ready. Red is a NG until the bridge is done, maybe 1/30.
  11. Legally open and groomed except the 30 miles that’s plowed and sanded if you like that type of thing.
  12. The outfitters are also paying more for everything, its got to trickle down.
  13. Converts to $6-$8 US dollars a gallon. In the towns you can find if for $1.49 a liter.
  14. Guys are riding Casy to Barrage Gouin, no problem. Also riding Wemo to Barrage Gouin. Just that part of the 83 not groomed. Parant is loaning their groomer over there now to help.
  15. Le Pine not groomed, l don't see that happening ever again but who knows. It also is plowed for 30 miles on the upper end we were told.
  16. Low of $2.15 at Lunic to a high of $2.89 at Repos. Most at $2.25-$2.65.
  17. It’s a complete swing and a miss by BRP.
  18. They actually have a really decent menu now. And a very attentive staff all the way from the gas guy, to the chefs, to the servers they absolutely have their mojo dialed this year.
  19. 13s out of Parent is perfectly fine, groomed the whole way. He is talking about 83W towards Clova. There are 30 miles plowed and sanded . Loaded logging trucks that want to kill you. Trail should definitely not have been opened.
  20. Back to a full menu today, working toilets business as usual. The building is smoldering ashes, and they will slowly replace everything that was in it. The groomer has a window that blew out and electronics that are melted, but parts are ordered and they expect it will be up and running quickly.
