WE are planning a trip and would like to stay at the chalets they have for rent. Both the Phone number on their website and on Google seem to be out of service. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks Rob

As the weather warms up a bit, the trails will get very busy again. I never ride during the weekends unless I absolutely need to.

2 bridges are closed. Others are open. Use Waze app to see best way across.

One of my friends set this up on the back of his sled. -30 and supper is ready.

Next week, want to go sledding in Val D'or. Called Forestel and they are booked solid the first night. What other places would you all recommend? We probably will drive over to Forestel the next morning and unload from there. Thanks

There is a direct correlation between the increased sales of "Mountain Sleds" in Eastern Canada and the trespassing on farmers fields. The problem is not only there. A lot of new forestations on crown lands are being torn up as well. All these YouTube videos of guys doing stupid stunts creates other idiots to try and imitate these same stunts. I'm afraid there is no clear solution to this other than banning sleds that have 2 inch plus tracks. It may have to come to trampling on the rights of a few to allow access to trails for the many.

Wow, Soo much bad information out there being spewed. Once a vaccine is administered, your body starts to generate antibodies. After 3 weeks you will have immunity. The booster shot 3 weeks after the first shot only makes your immune system even stronger. After 6 weeks you are immune and won't get covid, and won't spread covid.

You are right. It was -35C when we woke up in the morning. If you ever stayed there, you would know how cold it was inside. You could see the sun shine in from between the logs. I had icicles on my nose it was so cold. Wonderful owner though. We were well taken care of.
