  4. Just completed the purchase of a 2023 Wing yesterday.
  5. Those wheels look like Qualipieces rollerskis. I’ve had them for about 6 years with no issues.
  6. Bob, what brand of trailer is that?
  7. Chris, looking at this again, as others have said, that skid looks like it is tucked up into the tunnel. The picture isn’t clear enough but the coupler blocks look like they are nearly touching the stops. Are the torsion springs set? Is the front of the skid even bolted in? It looks like it was just removed from the crate and you showed up before they fully set it up.
  8. Damn, I like chicken. I wish I was online last night…noticed it right away. Easy fix. I believe the only shock that is supposed to be mounted like that is the Motion Control shocks. I to picked up a leftover 23 Enduro 900r at the beginning of the season. Had a 20 Enduro 900T with quite a few extras on it. Wanted the 23 so I could reuse most of it. Just a heads up the carbides are not the same as the ones on your 1200. The TX ski takes a longer carbide. Enjoy the new ride. You’re going to love it.
  9. Have ridden 309 a few times. Haven’t been out that way since 2018, but gas wasn’t a problem. Here’s a screenshot with gas stations from iMotoneige.
  10. Gas is no problem. If you’re staying at the Forestel there is a local trail that pretty much takes you to gas just down the road.
  11. In your second video you just went by our cottage. That’s pretty much our view.
  12. I’ll be sure to wave when you go by our cottage outside of Clayton. Love the action on poker run weekend. Stay in the channel, the river is very low right now.
  13. 221k miles on a Wing…WOW! I’ve been on a Spyder since 2008 but wanted a Wing for a long time. Pretty sure I’m going to pull the trigger. Anyone looking for a gently used 2011 Spyder RT Limited with only 7700 miles on it, send them my way.
  14. Condolences to the family. Great guy and a great family.
  15. Should get the turn signals to work too. lol
  16. Keep an eye out for the moose on 711 on your way back. About halfway to TQ 83. Luckily he got right off the trail when he saw us.
  17. Du Jardin told us when booking that the restaurant was open on Saturday night and Sunday morning, but not open Sunday night (Superbowl night). No problem, we can work around that. As it turned out they opened Sunday night in a limited capacity. Pizza, wings, mozzarella sticks for in room only. Perfect for our superbowl party. Monday morning, restaurant closed, no breakfast. Munched on trail food we all carried and got an early start.
  18. Exactly. Happened to us last week. Coming down from Saint Felicien to Mattawin. Got to LaTuque. Just got gas and was sitting on sled talking with one of the guys while the rest of the group was in the convenience store getting something to drink. Just happened to look at the app on the phone. Crap, we have a problem! What? 355 is closed for about 20 miles leaving LaTuque. Wait, 345 is also closed from the dam to LeCabanon. Got rooms at Marineau LaTuque and a rental pickup truck from the Dodge dealer. Drove to LeCabanon to retrieve the trucks and trailers the next morning. Some debate on whether or not we would have made it. Overall group decision was to pull the plug. North was very nice.
  19. Looks like they’ll cross the two bridges and head down 93 on the east side of the river?
  20. Have to be easy on the reverse to forward with throttle. Bangs the rollers hard. 4 strokes change out to a torsion spring to keep the helix against the rollers.
  21. LeCabanon is a good place to get acquainted with riding in Quebec. The rooms are not high end fancy, but they are clean. The price is reasonable at $135/room/night. The food is good in the restaurant. They have a nice bar too. There is a big lot to park in so no issues with trucks and trailers parking. The lot is secure. You need to be a guest to get in/out of the lot. There is a secure sled corral right next to the building. One thing I would caution you is to not leave your sled in your trailer overnight out in the parking lot. We leave our sleds in the corral and load our sleds the morning we leave. I haven’t heard of any theft there in years, but we still take the same precautions. LeCabanon houses the local clubs groomers, and grooming is done every night. There are plenty of day loop options. Gas is on the premises as well.
  22. Mike, is that a power mad windshield on your sled? Do you like it.  I’m thinking that on my wife’s new sled instead of a ski doo windshield.
