We arrived at km 31 this afternoon.  Put on a quick 80 miles.  No grooming yet east of km31 but a great 4 to 6" base with 6 to 8" of powder on top.  More exploring tomorrow. 20171130_142234.thumb.jpg.d278fe600752a84f971b0b5710c3b289.jpg20171130_142208.thumb.jpg.ef8364ae1551bea5ebb4d0d662587033.jpg

What skis are you running on that Freeride RR?  Safe travels.

An iconic picture of snowmobiling in Quebec.  First time is saw this picture it was posted by our friend Rob Lyons on a previous website.  I knew right then I had to go there and get a picture taken in front of these signs.

Same here.  I believe it was on mileage psycho site, but not 100 %.  I think my first picture was in 99 at this iconic cross roads.  :bc:

  3. Good for you. Those are a huge upgrade from what you two were riding last year. You both will really enjoy sledding this winter, no smell, no smoke, very quiet, and a huge reduction in fuel cost, not to mention no injection oil.

    Happy sledding.

And a new seating position....you'll always be asking yourself how the heck did I ever drive the other one.

    Major Upgrade. Enjoy em.

Thanks guys - Now I just need to unload my old stuff. Everything happened kinda quickly. Wasn't planning on this and now I have 4 sleds and 2 trailers.

  4. No compararision to QC trails is all I am saying.

    Simple as that.

I am sure you do a fine job, not knocking all the volunteers that make it happen, but if you Ride in Quebec it's hard to do anything else.

Like drinking cheap Tequila or having the choice between Ramden Noodles or Filet Mignon. You feel me?

I agree you can't compare NY to QC but that's like comparing apples to oranges. If I could afford to ride in QC more often I would. But riding out of my backyard is nice as well. :bc:

  5. Prepare to be underwhelmed. Trail is trails no offense but it's not worth it. Trust me.

Why so? I am one of the groom operators for the area and sorry but I have to disagree. If we have the snow our trails are amoung the best in NYS.

I guess I shouldn't say that though as I like having the trails to ourselves. Yup I agree don't come not worth it. :bh:
