Thanks for the info. We ended up stopping at Motel Charley on our way through Beaupre. Just need to remember many places don’t take credit cards for trail passes, cash only.
Hope you picked an extra one up for me? :)

Always gone by the Odinack, let us know what it is like there.
Thanks

First place I ever stayed back in 98 or 99. Back then it was family owned by a guy who was and avid hunter. His son drowned in the lake and then sold the place. Still a great stop.

An iconic picture of snowmobiling in Quebec. First time is saw this picture it was posted by our friend Rob Lyons on a previous website. I knew right then I had to go there and get a picture taken in front of these signs.
Same here. I believe it was on mileage psycho site, but not 100 %. I think my first picture was in 99 at this iconic cross roads. :bc:

That's just awesome. Thank you for sharing Alain.

I should have been there with you. At least my trailer made it to the great white north this winter.

Thanks for the tip! It's a shame when joints like this don;t pop up on ViaExplora: http://aubergecarcajou.com/en/groups/snowmobilers
Gotta love riding commando (no bags) once in a while. Feels naughty when you're used to bringing with.
One of my favorite places to stay when up in Mt. Valin.

I have a group of friends who are on a saddlebag trip, today was day 1 , they went from Beaupre to Chataeu Roberval today, said AWESOME ride, 369 and 23 perfection. FYI
Not true, I heard they hit 3 bumps and its cold. They may abandon and come home. :bc:

We've had to skip water there coming back from Saguenay one spring. It was closed but we didn't have much choice. Don't know whats worse going first or last! LOL
I always wanted to go first. :bc:

Good for you. Those are a huge upgrade from what you two were riding last year. You both will really enjoy sledding this winter, no smell, no smoke, very quiet, and a huge reduction in fuel cost, not to mention no injection oil.
Happy sledding.
And a new seating position....you'll always be asking yourself how the heck did I ever drive the other one.
Major Upgrade. Enjoy em.
Thanks guys - Now I just need to unload my old stuff. Everything happened kinda quickly. Wasn't planning on this and now I have 4 sleds and 2 trailers.

SOLD
Thanks Dave - My wife is extremely happy.
Dave is a stand up guy and I am looking forward to tipping a beer with him and his bride in the future.

Dave,
I tried to send you a message. I assume your inbox is full.

No compararision to QC trails is all I am saying.
Simple as that.
I am sure you do a fine job, not knocking all the volunteers that make it happen, but if you Ride in Quebec it's hard to do anything else.
Like drinking cheap Tequila or having the choice between Ramden Noodles or Filet Mignon. You feel me?
I agree you can't compare NY to QC but that's like comparing apples to oranges. If I could afford to ride in QC more often I would. But riding out of my backyard is nice as well. :bc:

Prepare to be underwhelmed. Trail is trails no offense but it's not worth it. Trust me.
Why so? I am one of the groom operators for the area and sorry but I have to disagree. If we have the snow our trails are amoung the best in NYS.
I guess I shouldn't say that though as I like having the trails to ourselves. Yup I agree don't come not worth it. :bh:

First flakes at lake george to. Didn't help getting this roof finished. Only took 4 weeks so far solo.
I see the light at the end of the tunnel!
Lake George, NY????
Was in the woods 6 hrs on Sunday in Lake George doing trail clean up.
