This morning at 8AM I thought todaywas going to be a wasted day but low and behold at 8:05 who should appear but Team Butt Paste. They were nice enough to let and old man, me, tag along behind them. We went up to Onatchiway, across La Cache, down Bras Louis, 93 to the orange trail that goes across the Saguenay. We rode 175 miles. We had about 3 inches of snow in town and 6 to 8 at Onatchiway. Temp was +28F this morning and at 5PM it was +2F. Cops were out training on Bras Louis today.

The Butt Paste guys huh? Say Hi to John if he is still there...............did 870 miles last week south of the seaway, Florida this week then on to some serious riding......see you soon Bill...

Team Butt Paste left for the casino this morning via 93 and to 3. So I did laundry and took care of some Choko business. Rode 85 miles today around the Saguenay area. Forget what I said last Monday about trails not being groomed on Sunday nights. Every trail I was on was freshly groomed and I bet that on 75% of them I was first track.

Any of you guys or gals who have a Mod 2 or BV2S helmet, take the big headed screws out and put blue locktite on them. One of the Team Butt Paste guys lost one yesterday so I gave him two of mine, one as a spare, and I went to dealer today to get them. $20 for two .10¢ screws. Gotta love the mark up. Bend over.

Hey Bill,

Looks like we were up that way a few weeks to early for you.

Have you heard if 23 is open from Saint Raymond up to L'Estape. We got stuck last trip on our way back from the HI and ahd to re route from L'Estape towards Quebec city as 23 didn't appear to be open the rest of the way. The snow down south isn't so good and around Quebec City area it was SNIRT everywhere!

Ride safe and have fun look forward to seeing you on our next trip.

Bob

Happy trails snow seekers!

Thanks for the Update Bill.

Tell the guys at Scooby's that we said Hi.

The 1200 is still going well 3600 miles and counting. No problems since that gas freeze up with you and Mike last year. See you in a few weeks.

I rode that last friday, 1/15, from Hebertville to St. Raymond. It was the best I remember in some time.

Just another day in PARADISE. Farmerold, Tammy and I rode 240 miles today. We went down the Clermomt Express. WOW was it nice. The first 75 miles we were first track, the next 125 we were 2nd or 3rd track. It don't get no better.

Hi Bill, headed your way next week. Is the Clermont express the TQ83 to TQ 3, across the ferry and back up Tq93? Thanks again and hope to see you.

Bill,

I am coming to the HI and staying Sunday 1/24 as well as Thursday 1/28. Do you know if the hotel has rooms available in between?

Me and the boys look forward to riding the Monts Valin and hearing about the current trail reports.

Sounds like you are having a good time so far. Thanks for the daily riding updates.

You are the man.

I just called the front desk and rooms are available. Best bet is to call yourself and book your rooms if you want them.

Just another dy here in PARADISE. Yesterday, Thursday, Farmerold, Tammy, 2 guys from Mont Tremblant and myself rode to St Rose and then on up to Monts Valin. First 123 miles we were first tracks or 2nd or 3rd. Temp was around 20F, snow flurries most of the day. We logged in 225 miles for the day. I left my USB cord home so I`m not able to post pics. Will pick it up next week when I go home to pick up Jd and Greta.

What days are you going to be back home? Due to conditions farther south we may head up to the HI on Sunday. We will be up until Friday morning.

Again it was just another day here in Paradise and it was an I B Day. Farmerold, Tammy and I rode 220 miles. Had lunch at the best place in town. Soup, roll, crackers, beef, mashed potatoes, califlower, carrots, broccoli, coffee and desert for 10.11. Can`t beat the food or the price. Trails were GREAT. Boys and Girls it don`t get no better. Got a lot of Quebec Rider members here tonight.

Looks like I`m going home Wed and coming back Thursday of thius coming week.

Bill we made up our mind tonight! We will be at the HI on Sunday afternoon. Just booked a room 30 minutes ago. See you on Sunday! This is happening to often cancelling everything and searching for snow. The way I see it you really cannot go wrong by heading north.
