smclelan
The Roqemont St Raymond to Windigo Pourvoirie first day, 200 miles. Windigo to Girardville day 2, Motel L Oree Des Bois, another 200 mile day. Girardville to Passions in Mount Valin via 373, 177miles. Passions to Casino via ferry in Tadoussac, 180 miles. Late start out of the Casino back to the truck easy last day, 150 miles. These are all easy 200 mile days or less, however you need to start early as you will want to stop for pictures if this is your first trip West of the River. Mid to late February give you lots of daylight. PLAYHARD, MrGutz and dooright

PMAC
What are some of the must sees ? PLAYHARD
clarkely
All mentioned above are good. Lots of options from resort type accomodations to outfitter accomodations. In jonquiere and chicoutimi literally full scale hotel accomodations.... The resort in chicoutimi, although a PIA to get to had one of the finest steak houses ..... Casino is a cool stop as well..... We prefer nice places as well as outfitters......we usually try to plan a nice mix. Couple nice places on or just off the lake as well ... PMAC
I found Windigo,73 would be the trail if staying there when leaving St Raymond PLAYHARD
smclelan
Windigo is a must see in my opinion. Super friendly owners, Daniel and Martine, certianly will make you feel at home and welcome. Well worth the drive. The TQ73 is a nice trail, be careful going through LA Tuque the QPP sometimes has speed traps set up on the trail. PLAYHARD
Here's Roqemont - Windigo - Dilligence - Delta - Fairmont - Roqemont, with plenty of wiggle room to play over LSJ enroute to Dilligence & Delta, make those decisions at breakfast, when you see what's been groomed the night before, but plan to get to the Fairmont early to enjoy the pool & casino (IMHO). PMAC
Just wondering which trails are a must and points of interest to try and see when in this are. PLAYHARD
Snobeeler
When you book Roqemont make sure you get dinner reservations. Place has great food/beer but fills up quick with locals. When you arrive at Fairmont Richelieu pull right up to indoor garage. There is indoor parking then take your bags up to reservation desk. Couple options there for eating from fancy to burger at bar room. There is a under ground tunnel to casino next door and a indoor/outdoor pool that is very warm. dooright and PLAYHARD
Signfan
Plan to avoid Quebec city and the trails within 100 km of it on weekends. I think TQ 23 is a must see provided the weather co-operates. It's high country. PLAYHARD
