+- 3 inches in Maniwaki with freezing rain. My brother lives at the baskatong. He said 8 inches .On TV they said mt-laurier 5-6 inches.

Spoke to a guy at work who owns a cottage in the pensive area. He said 8-10 inches on the ground on sunday(december 9/2012). Plus what they got today.

  • 2 weeks later...

Trails not ready yet in Mt Laurier. Lots of snow but trees down every where and groomers were no where to be seen, tried to get in to Labelle Park at Salette, ND du laus and Mt laurier but got shut down by the trees across every where. Wont be long though :)

Coming up to Lac Blue Sea Jan 12th weekend.. south of Maniwaki...hopefully a handful of trails are cleared and open by then. Please report what you see.

We are busy here in west Ottawa clearing fallen trees after the heavy wet snow last week. Ottawa has more snow on the ground( close to 2 feet ) then we have had in years.
