TQ23 from L'Etape to relais lessage is freshly groomed. 369 south from L'Etape and 23 north are not open. -15F at the start, plenty of snow. TQ73 at Bernieres is not open. TQ3 crossing 175 not open. Its Just where they park to go up to L'Etape when the River St. Anne is not ready yet or late in season when it opens up.
