post-71-0-86942300-1388283043_thumb.jpg Rode 134 miles today from Safari out to Lac Blanc via trails 63-349-350 and 3. Crossed Maurice river two times today out and back. All is marked and groomed.

See pics.

As you can see we love Mooses and sled dogs not to mention groomed trails.

Great job grooming to Club Maurice around here.Motel Safari is still agreat place to stay and ride out of, just can't beat the light traffic, new trails to get out and the snow

Rode up and back from Safari to La Tuque, 190 miles today with all groomed trails and cold. 0 f all day and still snowing. It has not stopped snowing since we arrived.. River going north to matawin was wind sweep and well marked, pretty smooth for a river. Few more pics below :drinks:

Scanton1 using the chatterbox units, their customer service is great and they greatly helped me pick the right units for our helmets. give them a call as the new units are now out for this new season. They work well and stand up to the cold.

Rode local today due to severe cold currently -4 f and going down. Need to keep passengers warmed between stops.

Just got back and put the sleds back in the heated garage at Safari. Had Brick oven pzza on the way back.

Chilling out with a glass of wine,,,,,, :drinks:

I'll be their Thursday evening if your still there I'll ask Jocelyn to ring you so we can say Hello so long as I get there early enough probably 6:30 or 7. Then we'll probably head to Pub 57 for a steak and some grilled bread!

If you want Steak(i am not saying it compares to Pub 57 but its good) do not make left to Pub 57 off 157. Go up to next signal(the one just after the Pub Turn) make a right Go Down that street(almost at the traffic light) on the right is Le Globe Steak house. Should do the trick.

Sorry no grilled bread.

Hey Don,

Sucks to hear Pub57 is closed for good. They have been closed the last few winters anyway. What's the name of the restaurant downtown mid-block we ate at 2 years ago with my 2 sons? They had good steaks also.

Gonna be cold the next few days. Hopefully we build more ice to stop these groomers from falling thru!

Tom
