Was curious if there would be enough interest to put one together for February, Maybe around the 21st. Could be a long shot but it's still 6weeks away. I as well feel bad the gathering is not on for this month, one of the guys I ride with has cancer and I plan our trips around his treatment, that weekend works for us, we would go no matter how big or how small the gathering is, lets have fun! Sorry to here about your buddy, hopefully this works out. We will be riding for a week starting that weekend. We usually start in Shawinigan. I was thinking the Saguenay region and maybe down to La Malbaie, from there you could head back to Shawinigan or continue across the ferry to Tadousaic which is where we would head. Then Sat for the gathering to Barrage Gouin, they have 4 cabins available and one room in the lodge, $85 for everything, Louise said it would sleep up to 30 or so. Mileage about 210 to the Barrage from Roberval. Any other sugestions, I'm open to them. Another option is heading to the casino area down the 83 from Roberval. chris1v Posted January 14, 2014 Report Share Posted January 14, 2014 (edited) Me and my wife and another couple are leaving from Saint Raymond ( BRP dealer). Late thursday morning Feb 20th. Just riding as far as La Tuque Hotel 9. Only 160km but will maybe go for a ride after we arrive if we get there early. Leave from La tuque in the morning and go to Roberval about 260km. probaly staying at motel roberval from reveiws sounds like motel roberval is better than chateau roberval. Leaving roberval in the morning and going to la Malbaie about 290km. Hopefully win enough money to pay for my trip LOL. May stay there for extra day or head back to the truck in Saint Raymond about 250km. Hopefully i will meet some of you people on the trail or at the motels or if anyone wants to join the ride.
