NH-Moose Posted March 16, 2015 Report Share Posted March 16, 2015 (edited) Just completed a 940 mile 3.5 day rip with SnoHorse today. Left Icemans house near Shawinigan to just north of La Dore, stayed at du Chef truck stop. Day 2 took 93 over Lac au Jim to Passion via Onitchiway, via many orange trails. Day 3 to Roquemont via L'étape. And for an unexpected grand finale, awoke to 6-10" of overnight snow for 100 mile quickie back to the truck, with SnoHorse breaking trail most of the way. Similar to the run a few weeks ago with Playhard, only shorter. Anything north of La Tuque latitude, trails were "spectacular". The fresh was a bonus, and will help add a few days to the riding season, but its close to the end for sure. Loving the 900 ACE, just needs a decent track for next year and its good to go!
