Saguenay Bill
240 miles to KM 381. Spend the night there. Today about 30 miles from Radisson we were met by the Mayor and President of the Snowmobile Club. They gave us an escort into town. We are only the second group of Americans to visit Radisson by snowmobile. Other group was about 15 years ago. You readers ought to grow a set and venture on up here. Saguenay Bill
Going to town of Chisasibi, population of 4300, located on James Bay, today. Clear blue sky, no wind, beautiful day. One guy has paid for his trip on the one arm bandits. vt_bluyamaha54
Many trips in Quebec can be done "by the seat-of-your-pants" (no planning) - but not one like this! Bill, you are to be congratulated for "making all the gears mesh" and tending to all the details that made this happen. This is an epic adventure I am sure. The tour of LG2 must have been incredible. Hope the rest of the trip goes as well as the first part. Be safe.
Saguenay Bill
We rode 180 miles today going to Chisasibi and back and doing some riding around there. Very nice people there. We didn't have to ask for help, they asked us before we had a chance to ask them. Children we looking at us like we were some kind of freaks, which some of our group are including the guy writing this. It's all road riding. Tomorrow we head back to KM 381 and then following day back to Matagami. No internet or cell phone at KM 381.
