Trailblazer
I would like to get everyone's opinion on this as a friend of mine who is truly upset with this new ruling mentioned to me he will be asking for a trail pass reimbursement because he was not advised by the clubs of the new stud law when he purchased his pass. Do you think it would be fair to ask the clubs to reimburse members that disagree with the late ruling and would like to no longer participate in snowmobiling in Quebec? smclelan
This whole stud thing is being blown out of proportion!!! Wow!! The internet can make people foolish.
mikerider
Try to get it repealed but don't even worry about it this year as far as riding. Just ride. Maybe Iceman can put some humor in this: first Quebecrider to get a stud ticket wins! mike
actionjack
No way they'll get a refund. It's not blown out of proportion if it's true they are ticketing now as is reported in another post.
Phil 1
Get up here and ride forget about the stud deal. Even if fined what's $100 just a fun tax. viper2
Time to get over the stud deal, we spend thousands every year doing what we love and people want to quit now for $

Cnc
With the way the Canadian dollar is, for you folks coming up from the US will still be ahead even if you get a ticket or two. Grin. As for refunding passes, I doubt it. All the clubs were blind sided by this as was the federation. It takes money to maintain trails and it's going to take more money if they are to oppose this law on our behalf.
