I would like to get everyone's opinion on this as a friend of mine who is truly upset with this new ruling mentioned to me he will be asking for a trail pass reimbursement because he was not advised by the clubs of the new stud law when he purchased his pass.

Do you think it would be fair to ask the clubs to reimburse members that disagree with the late ruling and would like to no longer participate in snowmobiling in Quebec?

Get up here and ride forget about the stud deal. Even if fined what's $100 just a fun tax.

It's cutting into the lap dance budget if ticketed.

With the way the Canadian dollar is, for you folks coming up from the US will still be ahead even if you get a ticket or two. Grin.

As for refunding passes, I doubt it. All the clubs were blind sided by this as was the federation. It takes money to maintain trails and it's going to take more money if they are to oppose this law on our behalf.
