groomer
Any chance there's a translated in English version? Hope it is in opposition to stud law but can't read French. Quebec, January 18, 2016 - The first January, the Ministry of Transport of Quebec put in place a pilot project to regulate the use of non-skid type "nail" on the tracks of off-road vehicles. The Quebec Snowmobilers Association (AdmdQ) and its members regret this situation and believe that the department is wrong with this measure considering that the use of these spikes (slip) is an essential additional security element on a snowmobile which has proven itself over the years. Marc Larouche, president of the Quebec Snowmobilers Association, mentioned that several Ontario and American tourists flee snowmobile trails in Quebec due to this measure. Therefore, the economic contribution will be greatly affected for years to come. There are already cancellations in hotels in the province as well as claims of right of access to snowmobile trails a result of this measure. Quebec is the big loser in this situation that irritates the highest point all snowmobilers. We ask hereby petition the MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION OF QUEBEC suspend its pilot project as soon as possible to allow the use of slip on track off-road vehicles in Québec and for obvious security reasons . Snowmobilers, SIGN this petition asking the MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION OF QUEBEC suspend its pilot project on the use of slip on off-road vehicles now. jean-guy
