Moreover, visibilities may be reduced in blowing snow due to strong northerly winds today and Monday. Be prepared to adjust your driving with changing road conditions. Snowfall warnings are issued when significant snowfall is expected. Abitibi as well 3:46 AM EST Sunday 20 November 2016Winter storm warning in effect for: Amos area La Sarre area Lebel-sur-Quévillon area Malartic area Rouyn area Senneterre area Val d'Or - Louvicourt area Hazardous winter conditions are expected. Total snowfall amounts ranging from 25 to 35 centimetres are expected in theses areas by Monday evening. Moreover, visibilities will be reduced in blowing snow due to strong northerly winds today and Monday. Rapidly accumulating snow could make travel difficult over some locations. Visibility may be suddenly reduced at times in heavy snow. Take extra care when walking or driving in affected areas.
