as you know conditions change quickly from mile to mile. Many times. Of course when the trail is a single track or you or just trying to break a trail those are not the norm. For sure they require extra attention and adjustments to your speed and technique.

I was not clear I was referring to the groomed trail comments. With my statement above. 

For sure I am hearing you loud and clear and appreciate you are pro active with risk mitigation because if everyone was thinking like we do it would be much safer out there. But many just don't get it. Unfortunately.

That was not your point and the reason I said it was a stupid comment is what I put in Bold in your statement.

You are making comments that are stereotyping which is why I called it stupid.

Season is approaching the end and I am looking forward to my ride in Mont Valin in April.
