gowser Posted December 13, 2018 Report Share Posted December 13, 2018 Well 1st ride in the books Woke up to a balmy -28 at Hotel Central. Lit. The sleds and headed to Cabanon. Groomed to the door👍 Quick pit stop for a joe and hit 345 to auberge kubeck... carpet. Couldn’t believe how good it was. Bowl of soup and a couple of bevies and hit the 350. Hasn’t been groomed. Pretty trashy all the way back to the 23. 23 / 63 Cabanon & St Michel all good. 150k New oxegyn helmets are fantastic. Try and post back tomorrow later in the day and let us know what shakes out. Good to see you like the O2 helmet. gowser Posted December 14, 2018 Author Report Share Posted December 14, 2018 Well, bit warmer this am. Off from the central at 9am heading to Repos 33 - 345-360 all very good. Prob 20 sleds at Repos. Trails are good. Few stones here and there but very good. Did not stop a lac toureau so do not know if it’s staked. Great lunch at Repo. Fire up for bar time down 33.... trail of perfect.
