quebec bob Posted February 22, 2019 Report Share Posted February 22, 2019 I have seen that before in the same area, Manawan is like the wild West , just a normal thing for neighborhood dogs to run free, and not be fed and cared for like we do here at home, it truly is a different world and thought process there.
