Haha. The adventure continues, this will be laughed about in July! You can plan all year for one of these trips, seldom works out according to plan!  Enjoy.

Thats for sure there are 12 of us in our group we had to change reservations because of getting stuck here today we came to NB for free weekend ,so we just purchased our 1 day permits for tomorrow we are a day behind schedule so far.

12 of you...that's good ...you will have a lot of help getting unstuck!! Really ...been there...Moose Valley a few years back, 20 foot drifts and another time trying to climb out of Amqui...3 days later, Steve is right about a great adventure in front of you, be safe and happy trails!!

Godspeed Zrtkat.  Reminds me when we got socked in Amqui some years back and had to bag circling the peninsula.

Make the best of it and have fun and be safe. Remind everyone in your group that you will NOT be able to see some signs and be EXTRA PRUDENT.

and we would all enjoy some pic updates when u can

zrtkatq, I just looked on a map where Caraquet is. JUDAS PRIEST you’ll be in England soon. Things on the interactive map are showing lots of green this a.m. in Quebec so hopefully things won’t be as bad as it looks when you guys get out on the trail. The wind stopped here in upstate NY last night so hopefully you will see it die down there soon.
