Day4

Well all I can say is this was one of those days you remember! Out of the gate Tq3 freshly groomed in stellar shape! The run to godbout was outstanding! Probably one of the nicest trails in QC. Truly a roller coaster groomed to perfection! Fuel in bae trinity and a depanaur sub. After the hills nice to have flat high speed run into sept tiles for the night at the comfort inn. Trails absolutely mint! 185 miles. Plan tomorrow is to scope out if it’s doable farther East. Awesome day!!!!

Following your ride with great interest guys. We had planned on doing the Cote Nord end February right when the 3 day blizzard hit so we had to abort our plan.

Beautiful pictures, just send the link to my riding group, most of them aren't QR followers.

We will likely do this run next winter, maybe a Cote Nord/Gaspe combo run.

Enjoy the rest of your trip.

Who is the young guy riding the red Back Country with the cool helmet?

I struck up a conversation with the Gentleman the right about F1, talked about being a Ferrari and Vettel fan. He asked where are you from I said PA he took his shirt off and gave it to me, a bit in shock I accepted his gift. 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦

During the week of March 11th we rode to Havre Saint Pierre and the trail was flat but not grommed for sometime about 18 inches of fresh snow. Enjoy the indian escort.

Day5

Another cold morning -3f felt warmer with finally no wind. Plan was to continue East to the moosie river. Playhard headed West Solo to be back to his truck early. Tq3 in perfect shape, 25 miles later we cross the Moosie and have a team meeting. It’s freshly groomed! Now what? Was like having the devil on one shoulder and an angel on the other! We don’t have time for this to be back to Matawin on Saturday. What to do! Screw all responsibilities or do the right thing. Probably the toughest sledding decision! May not have another chance like this. Welp the angel one, head to Bae Comeau for the night where we are now at le Manior. Beautiful place right on the water. Tq3 stellar the whole way. Fuel in port Cartier with lunch at some chicken shack. 230 miles. Westbound in the morning

Classic Animal House scene!

"Now Lawrence, you'll hate yourself in the morning!"...

Thanks for the visual!

And no worries on future chances, there're WAY older riders than us, even on this ride!!!

Me too!  Toughest decision!

Didn't want to eject from the clown-car/crazy-train.

Too bad my 6-day hall-pass expires Friday!

Amazing chemistry, on and off the trails, all Alpha Dogs, still all gentlemen.

Thanks again for letting me pile on!  Great getting to know a bit of your stories!
