Pretty sure the fellow with the sharpie is trying to tell us something about themselves!

Yeah, like he has a very good command of English, not as likely a local.😁

Great couple of last days. Surely a bit nippy yesterday. The cold makes for great trails and not many people on them. Have not seen a bad trail since monday on the 373 from Roberval to St Felicien. Everything has be stellar. 850 is running perfect. Did return Thursday morning quickly as they forgot to plug in the connector for Phil’s GPS wire it was buried under the pod. They hooked it back and off we went. Been very little traffic, we been very fortunate have not had to pass anyone, all going the opposite direction. Trip started rough with the blown engine but we rebounded back and had a great ride all week. You gotta roll with the punches. Not killer mileage this run but it’s not about the miles. Super trails and trying out some new places or ones we have not been too in a while. Thanks to Jackstraw and the crew we stayed in Girardville last night and we stay again. Homerun there everything you need gas food and motel, bonus SAQ, and supermarket. Gotta love it. Nice ride today out of Girardville, funny cause yesterday morning was much colder than this morning. But this AM the Apex was not wanting to start. Plugged in the heater for 15 minutes fired right up. Nice run today from Girardville to Windigo. Happy to be with Martine, Dan and Stefanie again. Plus it chicken wings and home made smoked meat sandwiches on Saturday, gotta love that. We like the orange trails whenever possible and today did not disappoint. Mixed it up a bit and all nice. Last bit into Relais 22 is very rideable after bridge repair but alot of rocks mixed in the snow. From 22 to Windigo 83 is back on path from years past. Has been 2 or 3 years since it ran that route. Very fast from 22 to Windigo like 25 minutes. Happy hour now and back to the maison and the Mrs tomorrow.

Next week is a toss up,
Cote Nord or Abitibi? Decisions, Decisions......
Leaning toward the west. Will wait on Cote Nord another couple weeks. Try for the end of TQ3.
