We chat with another Joe in the resto at breakfast His party took a "small plane" from MD/DE into QC yesterday. Then they went out in the afternoon on three 2-ups with a guide.

We saw them, going up the golf course as we were arriving, they were feeling their way from side to side across the trail toward us and away from us.

New Joe shared that one of them missed a corner going off the trail, the second followed closely, and the third overshot both of them and hit a tree and injured his hand/wrist.

Guiding is not for the faint of heart!

So! Last day of this ride! Pretty straight forward 220mi west!

No worries about the 48hrs of freezing rain along the seaway. Videos on TV were surreal chipping 1/2" of ice crust off of cars.

iMoto/FCMQ says all groomed, door to door. And forecast is clear. Sure enough all fields looked skating ready.

Charlevoix views always awesome. By mid morning heavy traffic headed east, but all well behaved.

Not bad at all thru QC proper. And literally the only bumps were the 3 on both sides of a power-line right of way, purposely put there as "speed bumps".
