Is anyone seeing or hearing of places closing or any effects to snowmobile travel in Quebec?

Was a strange feeling on the weekend walking into a place filled with large groups of tourists from France. Did not interact or sit near them at all.

Other than that didn't see any effect on the number of riders out in St Michel Des Saints, 100 Lacs area. 100 Lacs was jammed friday night and repos was slammed saturday afternoon.  Trails were superb as were the accommodations and food at Pouviore 100 Lacs and Pourvoire  Pignon Rouge Mokocan. Beautiful cabin at Pignon, the food was delicious and all you can eat! Don't be shy about stopping in....

Pouvorie Windigo closed for season.

Wemontaci restricting access. Non residents no entry. So no gas and no passing through there. Saying police and volunteer firefighters manning checkpoints on roads into town

Relais 22 is still open.

Well, I guess at this point I’ll change the oil and put the sleds away.  We’re hunkered in at home, and that is probably for the best.  Sure hope we don’t run out of toilet paper.  All of you in the QR world, stay safe and healthy.

Well as for the toilet paper spring is coming and so are the leaves, problem solved.😁

Absolutely correct if you plan to carry all the gas you need with you, cook campfire trailside meals only and stay in a tent.  Short of that it's still traveling.  If you unknowingly are sick you're gonna take it with you and share it at every hotel, restaurant and gas station along the way.  Anyways maybe this will pass by mid-April.  I sure hope so.

Kind of lucked out in this regard - have a self contained log chalet, food, and gas in cans for a week - was supposed to move on to Amqui for tours around there, thought twice about that due to the close quarters of the next lodging and extended our stay in the Saint Raymond area. Little traffic on trails in good condition and as spouse's first season on a sled, this worked out well.

We stay a good 2 meters away from any visitors - only the hot tub technician has been by - and practicing proper safe self - isolation procedures,,,,

Supposed to snow and then rain today - earlier rain a couple of days ago actually firmed up the trail base around here.

Finishing saddlebag trip. Saturday night, Bernieres, south of Q city. Sunday night la tuque. In restaurant they spaced out the few people in there. Plenty of people out riding the last 2 days. Yesterday got back to the Delta and our truck (which someone hit😞). Its pretty weird here. 4 other sleds in compound, Ontario guys, leaving today. Delta is 10 story hotel. It only has 4 floors open. Bar closed, restaurant, last night, while we were there, had those 4 guys and 2 other couples. Except for carryout, as we understand, dining rooms are closed at mcds, Tim's, and St. Hubert's. Facebook is listing more and more relays closing. We were going to day ride for a few days and head home on the weekend, now not sure. I feel like we've walked into a Stephen King novel. And to add insult to injury the trails are in great condition.

  From Alliance du nord SC.

This decision is not ours to make but that of the Fédération des clubs motoneige du Québec. A portion of the TQ-83 trail has officially closed until further notice. If this happens, you will not be able to fill up your gas tank in Wemotaci nor refuel. Access is prohibited due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please plan your travel accordingly. Let's be good citizens and avoid travel as much as possible. Please be aware that this situation is beyond our control. Thank you for your understanding.

Its time to stay home and let this thing run its course, so we can get back at it next year. Hope you all get thru it well.

My sentiments exactly, no sense unwittingly transporting the virus to others or risk picking it up going from place to place. Governments are urging to stay home as much as possible and avoid unnecessary travel.  Be safe everyone.
