schooter
when crossing by sled from Ft Kent Maine to Quebec Do you come into trail 85 or 561? My GPS maps do not seem to line up John
Andyman
When you cross at Fort Kent you are in New Brunswick and NB trail 41 will take you to Quebec RT561 or if you head east you can join the TQ85http://quebecrider.com/forums/uploads/monthly_2022_02/659752802_FortKent.thumb.jpg.ce3e986b656bc57cd5329ce8189fa625.jpghttp://quebecrider.com/forums/uploads/monthly_2022_02/989316294_NB41.thumb.jpg.e6933fbc823e05752094d16670a83487.jpg. schooter
Thank you Andy So if crossing at Fort Kent you will need a New Brunswick pass So to avoid that you would need to cross close to Lac Pohenegamook correct?
Andyman
Yes you would need a NB pass. In years gone by there was a trail that would lead you to Estcourt and you could cross the border there however I don't believe that trail is open anymore.
