  • PLAYHARD changed the title to ICEMAN & PLAYHARD Mid-Season Gentlemen-of-Leisure Tour

Riddle us this: Why would Relive and Garmin say 222 miles, but the Yammi odos say 232?...

Ten delightful bonus miles of full-frolick sideways-sliding cream-cheesy TRACK-SPIN baby!

A full day full of AWESOMENESS!

We surely set out with the best of intentions, as always. Meandering along, knowing full well that the weather was going to ultimately determine our destiny this ride. Burning gas equals fun. Seeing the forecast for Saguenay/LSJ, while fantastic for prolonging this season, not fantastic for the immediate future. I am hoping to see the trail not hunt for it in blowing snow. Been there done that. For us with no where to go and all week to get somewhere, it was a no brainer, we will try to stay in the fringe of this storm.

i know we are in St Raymond. Other than that do not know much else yet this morning.

Gotta be flexible like Gumby and not give a Sh*t like the honeybadger.

improvise and overcome

The Yamaha's that ran in our group always showed "bonus " miles over GPS and the Doo tickers .

The displayed speed was very optimistic as well 🤔 😁

Ride on ... Get ya some boys !

I find my Apex speedo pretty spot on with the GPS  speed wise that is.

Yamahas have always been generous with miles compared to Polaris and Ski doo. That"s about right. plus 10 every 200 in my experience. Polaris and Ski doo are very close to each other. The bad part is you are getting less MPG than the dash says lol.

Been tracking the Gentleman  of  Leisure on Explore. First thing I noticed the ponies did not come out of the coral until after 11 am.

Steady steam on 23 W. KISS stay on sentier 23.  Looking like they are digging the after sun set landings. Sure you will all get the full report at their leisure.

Not gonna stay up till 3am goofing off again! Promise to add narrative for texture tomorrow!

Suffice to say we opted to evade the heavy weather, and the early-birds! (We no like worms anyhow)

Like how everything looks bigger underwater?!

On (not) checking my max speeds, I just think too much can happen in the time that I look down & my not so young eyes adjust & look back up & my not so young eyes adjust again!

The "Roq" has the best Beer and Food in Quebec hands down! Good luck boys!

Agreed, and we toasted Charlotte with her namesake beer, the visionary who transformed the place before passing away way too early.

And the big finish with the Milker(?) beers, had chocolate & coffee notes as advertised, paired AMAZINGLY with their warm fudgy brownie!

Sorry, coulda done better capturing & sharing the food-porn, will try harder promise!
