Out of the gate local trail to the 43 #1

43 sucked a little because of some logging but passable.

323 to the 319 awesome.

Oh ya guys....did a night run last night, Lac Gagnon to Le Mulet then Montpellier and back via railbed, had never seen s nicer trail yet this year.

Ok back to the ride, 319 to La Minerve awesome, La Minerve to Nominingue okay a lot of shared trail with vtt but pretty good for the Endoro.

63 down the rail bed for a short run to L'Annociation for gas and lunch.

Railbed...Yammy used to sing to me, this one grunts but in a good way.

Gonna do some exploring after lunch.

Trails are in great shape up here, there's a solid base after the little warm up but plenty of snow for coverage.

Wild night at Mekoos, full house. All Ontarins, where's the Americans with the dollar being in their favor?

Ride back

319 to Saint Anne du Lac fuel up

13 south to local through Mont St.Michel hook up with the 322 to the 53 and back to the Railbed 63 to the 319 sud for the return.

Railbed a little rough and 319 south of the 63 to Blueberry Lake Resort a little rough too, outside of that we were on the best groomed trails that I've seen this winter.

Hey JG,

Say hi to Mike for me. How's your Greek friend doing that I met a few years back at Gouin? Did he get his hip replaced?

No he did not replace his hip, but he did break his back 2 seasons back in a sled accident, he's fully recovered now but rides a lot slower now.

Last i heard 63 was good all the way through. I would go in to Riviere Rouge for gas and lunch somewhere and head up the 319 to Meekos. I dont think your saving many miles but you could get gas in LaMacazza and go up 322. There must be gas in L'Accension too I would think, but not sure on that. I have never been up that trail. Gas on the trail in LaMacazza was 87 octane only last year. I don't think they do 91 octane. If you dont care about adding a few miles you could stay on the 63 and pick up 53 north. The 63 out of Riviere Rouge is on the Petit Du Nord rail trail which is awesome running. 53 is good trail all the way up too. If miles werent an issue I may run up that rail trail, Its a blast.

322 through L'Accension

A local friend was riding up there on the weekend, from out of La Macaza there's a logging operation going on and the trio gets a little rough for about 10k but does get a lot better further up.
