Arrived at RDL Saturday afternoon. Went for a short spin about 40 miles. Got back to the Universel and it was like deja vu. Just like our last trip there is Eddieskidoo & Skidoo420. Man these guys get around.

Day 1

Looks like a good riding day. Not to cold and blue skies. 5-548-5-579-587-5 to PALC. Trails ranged from near perfect to just ok. Lots of traffic today. We did find the mummies & radar. Good day overall.

hi 6oo iqho !!!

saw your post yesterday...started to scratch my head when i saw the sticker...just thinking quickly...i thought it was on the other side of river..albertville side.

so ,this morning at 3 45 am ...i had to check......this is about a 1 / 4 from where i park the groomer !!!

i was in disbelieve when i saw the iceman sticker...i go there 3 x a week and first time i notice...

looks like i pay too much attention to trail.....always watch steel cables not to hit them with ''bull ''

almost fell down the bridge when i saw that !!!!

Day 2

I Will start by giving a BIG thumbs up to the owners of Gite La Maison Verde B&B. They are wonderful family who open their home to complete strangers. I recommend this place. Located on trail 5 at PALC.

Today 5-595-local Chic Chocs trail to Murdochville. Arrived at the Copper just before 4pm with 215 miles on the GPS. Trail 5 was good with a little light snow on the trail. 595 & local trail a little choppy from drifts and corners a little chopped up.

Day3

Windy! Couple inches of fresh snow overnight. Drifts not as bad as I thought it would be. 597 south to trail 5. Groomed overnight and we made first tracks most of the way. This section was sweet. Trail 5 to the local to Perce was terrible. After that trail 5 to. Gaspe and River Renard was good.

Pulled in at the Caribou. Short day in by 3. 188 Miles

Not a perfect day. A long fast down hill straight almost got the best of me when it suddenly turned left. I made it, Sharon no such luck. She found out what happens when you grab to much brake. She did a 180 and laid it down going backwards. She is ok. Bruised a rib and her pride.

And some good news. We did a 162 mile run from Murdochville and stopped for gas at Gaspe. I had almost 3 gallons left. Love these 900's.

And some pics

Hi Groomer!

Iceman tagged both ends on March 21, 2013. Here is the evidence ;<)

Trails and snow conditions were amazing!

Love that Pic.

Especially Phil waiting Patiently for me to get a move on.

Yupper! Four of us at Jack's/Copper in Murdochville tonight. We must have crossed since we started from the Adams in Gaspé this morning. When we got halfway down the local to Roland in Percé and decided that we were indeed spoiled rotten and turned away from those whoops that made the Louie in Valin seem flat. But the 5 and 597 up from Grand Rivière were OH YEAH BABY!! Tomorrow we take the Chic Choc over thru La Cache then down the other orange to Carlton. Those stickers do turn up in interesting places...

Glad Sharon is pretty much OK; glad it wasn't worse.

Looks like great weather and conditions. WOW! 162m w/3gal left? that's impressive.

Thanks for sharing your pics and trip. We're headed up Fri 3/6.

We probably did pass each other.

Left the Caribou in Renard this morning. At St. Anne for lunch now. Headed for Matane this afternoon.

Day 4

Left for Matane this morning. Light snow overnight. Not far out the sun came out. Few big drifts early then good the rest of the day. When we got in the mountains dark clouds and snow again. Bad picture day. Lunch at St Anne's des mints. Trails the rest of the way. Smooth and fast. At the Quality Inn at Matane. 268 Miles for the day.

We started the Chic Choc trail today from Murdochville to La Cache with a few inches of fresh and it became more like a foot by the time we got south on the 595 (Chic Choc is marked as a green on the local map, not orange). Just awesome. Mix of sunny & snowy over here like you said. Now @ Baie Bleu Carlton south shore.
