The other day I got an email from a friend who was at a FCMQ meeting north of Montreal. At this meeting the FCMQ usually hands out the Trail Passes to the clubs. Not this year. From what I understood from his email the FCMQ want $15 from each license plate that is sold. He didn't say but I think? it is the plate that the Quebec resident buys and puts on his snowmobile. No passes will be given out until this situation is resolved. The $15 will go back to the clubs. If anyone has any other info or I am wrong with my facts, please correct me. I'm not always sure I understand what I'm reading.

You are absolutely correct Bill.Fcmq is asking(for the past 5 years) an additional $10 off our ownerships. It is now up to the Minister of Transport of Québec to act.
