Yes it can happen but ABSOLUTELY not with a 0.6 Watt cell phone. You need a 1000-Watt microwave oven and about 2 minutes at full power. A complete FRAUD of a video clip. No question. Report

I don't know about the phones, I'm gonna try it tonight when my kids get home. But, we have a 1000 watt microwave and it pops a whole bag of popcorn in 30 seconds.
