  1. This lady ran over a mattress on the highway and decided not to worry

    and kept driving.

The Ensuing Jumble Finally Whipped Around Enough to Tear A Hole In The

    Fuel Tank.

The subsequent lack of fuel is what finally brought her vehicle to It's

    knee's.

She had still managed to drive 30 more miles with A 60 pound tangle of

stuff wrapped around her driveshaft. :clapping: :clapping:

She had It towed to her dealership and complained that the vehicle had a lack...

when she was driving at high speeds.

Attached are the photo's of what they found at her dealer....................

The last photo is by far the best. :D :D

The photos were taken by the dealer as evidence....against the lady....she said it was their fault

Impossible to believe ... but it's reality  :D

  2. Doesn't really matter, I will have to "bum" a ride but hopefully if someone is willing to take a ride a few hours either way doen't really matter to us. I wish i hadn't sold my truck in the summer. I figured i'd get a new one by winter but I never got around to it. All my friends have turned into girls  nobody is up for adventure anymore. I'll load my sled on the Beemer if I have to :drinks: Where do you think the best riding will be then............?

Unfortunately for me, I will be in Boston for the weekend of the 3-4-5 of April 2009.

I would love riding with you...but have to work... =@

Well you can go ride in the Massif du sud....But without a guide, you may turn around! More or less 1h10 from Québec.

You can go at Sacré-Coeur ...were are was last weekend & try to go in the Mont Valins. More or less 4h30 from Québec City.

You can go in to Matane & pass by Murdochville. More or less 7hrs from Québec.

Here are some pics of a gang who went the weekend of 13-14-15 March 2009 in Murdochville.

If I could not work the weekend of 3-4-5 - April, I'll be there this weekend!

    All the best!

  3. That said, how is the riding up your way right now? I'm hoping to ride week after next Thurs - Mon, whats chances?

I spent the weekend at Sacré-Soeur (Sacred Heart) near Tadoussac. There are still lots of snow there.

The locals told me there would still be 2 to 3 weeks.

With regard to Chaudiere Appalche .... for what I have seen ..... it's almost finished.

Massif du sud.....you can still ride over there...but not 200km.

    All the best!

  4. Sincerely sorry Qcrider’s !

This year, I have zero km in the trails. Just off trail… :good:

So I was not able to give you information on the conditions of snowmobile trails.

It is for this reason that I did not come too often on the site.

I do not see the challenge of the trail.....except giving more & more money to the oil company!

I still volunteer at the club this year! More or less 90hrs.

    Maybe next year!

    All the best!

  5. :yahoo: :yahoo:

I believe that if it rains...no more.... we will be ok for the rest of the season with much more good trails.

  7. HI Qcriders!!

Well, what can I say!? :cray:

I ride 95 km today....& it was very bad.

The TQ35 is on ice.....70% of the time.....

The R547 & R549... lack of snow in the wood, lots of bump.

The fields are on plowing....( i'm not sure of this in english)

Same thing for the 551 et the TQ5 Around Montmagny!

The 55 from St-Magloire to St-Sabine... lack of snow in the wood, lots of bump.

If you pass by the 549, the trail is close 1 mile from the jonction to go on the 547 by The MASSIF DU SUD.

The trail is close because we didin't have enought snow to cover the river. You can pass but at your own risk.

    Be careful :good:

    Ho!! BTW

The trail to go see the GLACIER is closed. We lost the right of way the go see them!

HOpe to have some snow soooooooon!! :clapping:

    All the best!

    The TQ35 and the 549 and 547.

    So St-Gervais, St-Lazard, St-Damien, Buckland, ST-Raphael.

Quality of 35: Excellent for the start of the season.

Quality of 549 and 547: Good to bad. Bad in the woods. There are a lot of bumps and a lack of snow.

The TQ5 side St-Vallier was open today from the Club.
