So, today, I go out to lunch with the NAC Facilities folks (Mike Cianci, Marc Gans, Gerard Cianci, Ben Cooper, and Joe Tutiven) at Arby's in Rockaway. As we stand in line, this guy, about 70 years old, turns to Ben Cooper and says, "Hi, how are you doing?" and offers his hand for a handshake. Ben has no idea who this is, and we both assume it is some customer from 10 years ago that maybe Ben went out an installed a modem for.
