Saturday 2/10: Tucked into the Delta Sherbrooke. Nearest nice place to Valcourt. Happy Hour in the lobby bar.
Then rolled over to “Big Red Chicken Head” (aka: St Hubert) for dinner. Traditional demi poulets all around.
