Thanks for the reassurance of gas. Looking forward to the trip. A group of 9 of us are doing 1200 miles in 5 days going from Shawinigan to Roberval to Chibougamau to Senneterre to Fer a Chevel and back to Shawinigan. Only gas issues that we are aware of are from Roberval to Chibougamau but we have been advised to get gas at LaDore and then go about 155-160 miles to gas at southern end of Chibougamau. Those of us with turbos will be carrying fuel caddies.

This is a 265 mile run and a group of us plan to do it in February. Looking for some gas info. Is there gas at Lac Faillon and/or at Du Balbuzzard or do we have to go 170 miles to get to Clova? Thanks

Can anyone tell me if gas will be available this year at the lumber camp located about 60 miles north of LaDore. It used to be cash only. if not, I believe it is about 150 miles from LaDore to the first gas in Chibougamau. Thanks for any updates
