[Cut through New Brunswick at Fort Kent]

I know this is kind of a dumb question I am registered in Maine and Quebec want to ride from Sherman Maine go through Fort Kent border cut through New Brunswick and ride into Quebec for that small part of New Brunswick, do I have to register? At the border will they let me into New Brunswick without being registered? Thanks for info.
