We followed the hotel guy on the road in his car out of Cambelton this morning to the main trail. Had to push his car once. Trails are a horror show. Drifts are bad. We got as far as Saint Quentin. Had enough. Hoping they will groom soon. This is getting old.

Hope to cross into Quebec from Maine by sled Tuesday afternoon or Wednesday morning. Planning on doing the Penninsula counterclockwise. How's it looking? Just retired, traveling with another retired guy, don't need to get back in a hurry. Might cross the river at Matane, and ride the North shore/ Saguenay. Is the ferry running per the website schedule? Thanks very much.

Cool, thanks! I bought the specific cradle for my Zumo 590, and hard wired it. I will try and get the gps synced up with the new helmet headsets this weekend.

Good Grief!

I loaded the trail masters this morning, it went onto the Micro SD card in the 590. I turned the unit on, and deselected the road maps, and was able to see trails, cool! Apparently the Trackmaster needs to have it's SD card in the GPS unit? I can live with that, and just make the switch when I go to Quebec, however I would much prefer to have it all in one place....

I certainly hope so! I get easily frustrated with type of stuff. Not having received either set of maps yet, I'm having a difficult time wrapping my mind around how the gps knows if you if you are on the road or trail? Is there an option on the gps unit to select which map program you want it to use? Thanks

I received and installed the Zumo Cradle and RAM mount. I have ordered Trakmaps for Quebec. Is there a way to make use of my GPS in NH & Maine?
