That time of year again, starting to get sledding fever and trying to plan some trips. We were thinking of leaving some were from Quebec city and sledding up the Casino de Charlevoix, any recommendations were to start from. Looking for a safe place to park the truck and trailer. What would be the mileage from Quebec city to Casino Charlevoix? Is worth staying? how's the night life? any help would be great thanks.

It would be nice to see it more inline with the pricing in Ontario. The $20 annual increase for the last few years does add up, don't get me wrong I do appreciate the awesome trail system and understand it cost. We ride in the Outaouais Region and the season isn't any longer then in Ottawa or surrounding areas.

has anyone been out there this season were planning on going this weekend

Has anyone been on the 43 in these parts, wondering what the trail conditions would be like

I posted a few years back but I can't seem to find the info so any help would be great. Trying to plan a trip, we plan on starting from Saint Raymond going up the 23 and going to stay in Mont Valin at the Passion du Quebec. From there take the 93 to the 3 to La Malbaie to stay at the Forfait Du Grand Rassemblement. Then from there take the 3 back Saint Raymond. Just wondering what the mileage would be from each stop.

Hello everyone looking to go back to Val-D'Or this winter, last season we left from Maniwaki but found it to be a little to much for one day. Were looking for safe place to leave our truck and trailer and snowmobile about 150km to 200km to Val-D'Or any suggestions would be great thanks in advance.

Maniwaki-Val d’Or is +- 255 miles. We’ve done it once.We rode Senneterre-Maniwaki 2 years ago in one day.
Gas is available at the classic restaurant in Lytton. You can`t miss it trail goes thru the parking lot. Then you have gas at Le domaine in Laverendrye Park.
Lytton- Le domaine is +- 75 kms.
There is gas past le domaine at http://outfitterlaverendrye.com/. They are located +- 8 miles off TQ 63.
Le Domaine- Laverendrye outfitter is +- 115 kms
Then you have gas at Kitsisakik indian Reserve on trail 386. If I recall correctly there is +- 55 miles between Kitsisakik and 386/TQ 63 intersection.
Longest stretch without gas is +- 115 miles between Kitsisakik and Le Domaine if you want to skip going to Laverendrye outfitter. We’ve done it twice without any problem.
Btw we always stayed at http://www.forestel.ca/www/?lang=e in Val d’Or.

Hey everyone just looking for some input we typically get to ride in Saint Zenon on boxing day but the conditions are not usually the greatest, we have also have gone up to Mont Valin which are a lot better but the drive is a little to far how is it in Val-D'or on boxing day I do realize that it all depends on weather but just on on average. We are leaving from the Ottawa area any looking for about a 5hr drive max any recommendations thanks in advance.
