KenP Posted January 12, 2013 Report Share Posted January 12, 2013 Beware of poor signage & staking of Trail # 525 at & around village of Asbestos & Trois Lacs. With combined usage of Snowmobile & VTT Trails, signage & staking of Red & Blue Stakes is very poor in this area especially at night. Been riding in Quebec for over 30 years & found this to be very challeging last weekend trying to locate Motel William in Asbestos. Ended up on Trois Lacs without any stakes or indication of lake was safe to pass. Very disappointed with Asbestos Snowmobile Clubs performance. Has been much better in past years.
