Evidently there is a problem between St Simeon and Baie St Catherine. They had a problem last year as well from what I understand. The land owner blocked access. Apparently he bought this land years ago from Government and in sale contract is a right of passage for TQ3. However he is not happy and is a lawyer and says he has right to block his land to others.  Last year the government stepped in and reopened the trail.
