[Interesting comments about SPOT made by Air Medic]

...The most interesting thing I learned was that if you activate your SPOT beacon, Air Medic will NOT come get you. The two entities do not work together, something I found rather disconcerting. This is most likely fueled by the fact that Air Medic is now offering their own emergency locator beacon. Cost around $350 CDN, once purchased does not require a yearly activation fee...

We really wanted to find the "ghost trees". We found em and they were very cool!! I highly recommend this sight. I posted pics of these on my facebook page and got lots of "likes"!!! Made it back to truck at decent hour and loaded up. Bittersweet day, tired of snowmobiling but I didn't want it to end either!!!

Those are cool. Looking forward to seeing those in person. Can't wait to ride Gaspe...
