  1. You’ll have to excuse me now......I have to go get gas and say “auvior” i have a date with a girl named “Trail” and she said she wants her ass spanked one more time as hard as I can
  2. And after you finish that off.....have enough “balls” to get the “extreme carrot cake”
  3. I HIGHLY recommend the “Adele”s burger “ that comes with fries, bacon, cheese LTO 6 oz
  4. Outside taking a smoke and as I walk down the side of the building (must stay away 500 miles when smoking now) I see what I’m guessing might be Adele”s daughter making something good.
  5. My brothers from the USA......how’d you like to see this menu everywhere you went in Quebec?
  6. Let me tell you this my fellow snowmobile enthusiasts......... you WILL NOT find a better place for food that we all love other than Adele”s
  7. Francois and I chat for about 20 minutes a fine Native young chap i tell him about my 20 yrs of Quebec motoneige adventures and he tells me he is still schooling and working a job with the Cree Nation i ask him about people going up this lake (over 100 miles) on a snowmobile and he says “ yeah but not usually till the end of February/ March timeframe when the weather is better. Tells me there are bush trails but not broken in yet at this time of year. I ask him “ how far have you been up it” he says.....about the halfway point. His uncle has a camp there. How many guys does it sleep? He says....4-5 i ask him do you think your uncle would take me and another friend (all pre planned, weather permitting) sometime in March up there for the night....right up the middle of the lake. I tell him ....”we will pay a guide and lodging fee” he says “my uncle would love that” i get all his contact info and said.......”you’ll he from me again mon ami” before we split I ask Francois .....” hey ....now that I’m a local...where is somewhere else to eat in this town other than the Auberge ? he says see the bridge (you have to cross over this to get in town) 2nd street , hang a right Adele”s is the place
  8. As I’m up enjoying the view and a smoke a lone slender pulls up on a boondocker sled meet 21yr old Francois Mianscum
  9. Much better view from up on the hill near the cross tower today
  10. Here doing a little “tee pee creepin” outside of town
  11. There was a big ass fire up here about 12 years ago the whole town (about 4,000) had to evacuate for about a week
  12. The ride up to Mistissinni (now my 3rd run) was definitely the best of the three. First blue sky and whatever minimal traffic has been on this trail since I was on it two days ago has actually made it so I could lay an extra little amount or “ smack” down.
  13. The ride up from Chapais was sweet even with the locals use of it over the weekend
  14. Here a pic of the machine you don’t see too often
  15. Here is the backside view off the tower from up top
  16. Ok so.....today’s adventures involve (again...I Just CANT get enough) of the Chapais to Mistissinni run which is about 140-150 mile round trip. Today while much colder than (still my favorite temps) other previous days the beautiful sunshine was out. That and the recent weekend local trail traffic actually made riding even nicer. I snuck up to the place I was the other night before Chibougamau and caught some beautiful daytime pictures. Not a soul there now and the other night were literally a couple hundred people.
  17. So in summary we only road about 45 miles yesterday but it was 45 I will never forget till the day I die. i had a BLAST and these particular Québécois are some of the finest you could ever meet. The whole experience was icing on the cake to all the epic ness I have had in the last 4 days. We all went to the Chapais clubhouse from the camp and had some fine Canadian cuisine. getting a late start today again (these reporting/posting duties sure take up a lot of valuable riding time) ...LOL im thinking I’m going to Mistissini again today. Why not? It will be my 3rd (140-150 mile round trip) up there. I might go play some hockey in the streets with the kids. Staying at the Opemiska one last night tonight as this shit storm passes the lower areas of Quebec. Tomorrow heading out EARLY and blasting 225 miles back to Auberge Timblemont. Should have some nice “cream cheese “ on top for the ride back.
  18. Me and the lovely Janell. This 120lb 29yr old sweetheart can handle a snowmobile better than most guys I know.
  19. Here .....the local crew. David (in blue suit) next to him Pierre-Luc (isabell’s husband) the lovely Janell and David who owns the camp.
  20. This is a very rustic camp that has been in David’s family for over 40 years. It is in a surreal spruce tree setting and you can see the lake about 100 yards away. And like anything else....it requires maintenance
