Blackcat Posted February 27, 2010 Report Share Posted February 27, 2010 Anyone know why the trail (75) is closed below Beauceville? we were gonna backpack up to Quebec city, never made it after all the backtracking, headed up next wed for some loops, any info would be great. vt_bluyamaha54 Posted February 28, 2010 Report Share Posted February 28, 2010 Yes, there is a section that was taken off the power lines a couple of years ago and rerouted along a dirt road before rejoining the "old trail". (It is right after you climb the hill outside St Georges on TQ55E.) That section of road has been problematic at best and this year's low snow conditions have left it more dirt than snow.
