Saguenay Bill Posted February 22, 2012 Report Share Posted February 22, 2012 Last night I met with the Organizer of the Daytona in the Snow Drag Race event on Lake Jalobert, held in front of KM 31. He would like to get Americans involved in this event. I told him it was probably too late this year but with more awareness in all probably come next year that could happen. If I should be home before March 24 I plan on driving back up to attend it. If anyone here on QR or anyone you know who is interested in attending please let me know. It is a one day event, Saturday March 24. I will come up Friday and come back on Sunday. I am reserving some rooms at the HS. I followed longsled on dootalk last year when he won it, 133 MPH in 660'. I will be receiving more info on classes that they run and prize money. Also a website for this year's event will be coming very soon.
