Thanks for the update, we where thinkin of coming back from Val Dor on 63, anyway around that? Looks like we would have to drop down to 43 or backtrack on 83. What is the reason? Mid Range Posted January 7, 2008 Author Report Share Posted January 7, 2008 the local trail in the Lavérendrye Park going to Val d'Or remains open and any trails west of that trail.63 is closed east of that. Reasons are: money issue, loggers (no alternative to avoid them), gas availability (relay closure), unsafe bridges and security for sledders.
